Healthcare architecture
The proposal reorganizes the healthcare center as a clear, accessible complex connected to its surroundings. Low white volumes are linked through courtyards, landscaped areas and separate circulation routes for pedestrians, vehicles and emergencies. Blue provides orientation and institutional identity. Natural light, visual openness and clear signage support a more orderly, humane and efficient care experience.

The interior proposal develops a contemporary open-plan home that visually connects the living room, dining room, circulation and terrace. White furniture, stone surfaces, vertical paneling and indirect light are balanced around art as a chromatic focal point. Two material schemes were explored: a restrained gray palette and a warmer, more enveloping earth-toned alternative, both preserving the same spatial logic.

The proposal organizes a calm, contemporary children’s boutique where the merchandise remains the focus. A modular display system lines the perimeter while central islands support circulation and present products at different scales. The commercial space is conceived as an immediate, playful and highly recognizable experience. Fuchsia, yellow, blue and green create a vibrant identity associated with the creative process, while transparent display cases present the pieces without adding visual weight. A linear counter organizes customer service and geometric modules provide flexibility. The glazed façade turns the interior into a showcase and clearly communicates the brand’s activity.

Commercial and community architecture
The proposal conceives the Caimitillo Municipal Market as open, ventilated and easy-to-understand civic infrastructure. A metal structure and curved roofs protect circulation routes, while wood screens, white planes and red accents provide identity and solar control. Product zoning, ramps and visible circulation improve access and orientation. The food area reinforces the market as a community gathering place.
