Project overview
Comprehensive renovation, interior design and furnishing of a family apartment, developed around the routines of a couple and their two children and delivered by Successful Investments, S.A. from initial assessment through final handover.
What needed to be solved
Create a modern and comfortable home for four people while resolving the shared bedroom needs of a boy and a girl, ensuring that each child had a recognizable personal zone, individual color preferences and dedicated storage and use solutions.
Approach and execution
A comprehensive proposal was developed for the kitchen, living room, dining area, bedrooms and bathroom. The social areas were coordinated through lighting, finishes, furniture and color, while the children’s room was resolved with bunk beds, storage and two distinct personal stations within a unified composition.
Documented outcome
Completed and furnished apartment with contemporary social areas, updated private spaces and a shared children’s bedroom that preserves an individual identity for each child within a functional common layout.
