Value-add real estate operation integrating assessment, acquisition, demolition, floor-to-ceiling restoration, creative studio design and subsequent sale at a gain.

What needed to be solved

Convert a compartmentalized commercial unit into an open, creative and adaptable environment for different digital production formats.

Solution

Approach and execution

Partitions, counters, millwork and ceiling elements were removed; an open-plan environment was created with new lighting, climate control, curtains, flexible furniture and an audiovisual set.

Results

Documented outcome

Completed creative studio placed into use and later sold as an improved real estate asset.
