What needed to be solved
Convert a compartmentalized commercial unit into an open, creative and adaptable environment for different digital production formats.
Approach and execution
Partitions, counters, millwork and ceiling elements were removed; an open-plan environment was created with new lighting, climate control, curtains, flexible furniture and an audiovisual set.
Documented outcome
Completed creative studio placed into use and later sold as an improved real estate asset.
