Project overview
Owner-developed residential project conceived during preconstruction by combining two separate apartments into a single residence of approximately 194 m².
What needed to be solved
Create a completely new residential layout from two separate apartments while respecting structural systems, technical cores and the engineering of a building still under construction.
Approach and execution
A comprehensive layout, plans and renderings were developed; the solution was coordinated with the building engineering and the unified residence was built from the ground up through completion.
Documented outcome
Completed unified residence with integrated social, private and service areas. A later 2022 interior refresh was documented while preserving the original open-plan organization.
